What would happen if we never took the trash out of the house? Would you be able to live amongst the garbage piling up over the course of a week? A month? How about a whole year? In our current era, we live in a world of pollution, pesticides in our non-organic foods, synthetic chemicals in our water supply, and even our bodies’ own waste, all of which pile up like garbage in our personal “homes”, our physical bodies. If we don't take out the garbage then we have to live amongst it. Imagine a house filled with garbage. What kind of disgusting, rotting things would you find over a year? Now imagine our bodies housing the same rotting materials. WAKE UP! This is exactly what is happening. Disease doesn't just happen, it's created.
