Stress Reduction - Two techniques

Stress is part of a conditioned negative pattern in the brain. Several things contribute to negative sympathetic stress:

1. Trauma, Pain
2. Negative thoughts, emotions
3. Toxins
4. Lack of movement, exercise
5. Sugar

The following are two of the many ways you can reduce your stress levels.

1. NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique)

NET provides a fast, effective means of stopping the negative conditioned pattern. Computer-drafted SPECT scans that measure metabolic activity, show a 50% or greater reduction of metabolic activity of the areas of brain associated with stress within minutes after a Neuro-Emotional Component clearing.

2. Breathing Techniques

Yogi breathing - by concentrating on the breath and calming the mind to focus on slow rhythmic breathing, you allow your body the opportunity to reset the stress patterns in the brain.

Cover left nostril, breathe in through the right, cover the opposite and breathe out through the left. Then breathe in through the left and out through the right. Continue this for 3-5 minutes with long slow deep breaths.

If you ever find yourself feeling isolated or stuck at the bottom of a pit or feeling that the world is against you, call out for help. Sometimes we just need a hand to get us back up on our feet.
