How can we individually, help this change?

Here are some statistics. As a country of free thinkers, responsible spenders, loving caring individuals of our environments; I ask you how can we make a difference?

After all, aren't these costs based on a country of individuals and their behaviors? The top causes of death and medical expenses come from lifestyle. $2.3 Trillion or $7,600 per person. The average health care cost for an individual under chiropractic care is around $2,500 per year. Extrapolated out is $0.75 Trillion. A world under chiropractic care looks a lot more promising for our economy. Just my thought.

Just take this last item: In the last two years we have accumulated national debt at a rate more than 27 times as fast as during the rest of our entire nation's history. Over 27 times as fast. Metaphorically speaking, if you are driving in the right lane doing 65 MPH and a car rockets past you in the left lane. 27 times faster, it would be doing 7,555 MPH!

Help with the Time Change

Heads up! We have a time change coming soon. Our Circadian Rhythm is our internal biological clock which is set by our Sun relationship to the planet. As the sun rises life becomes active and energizes us. As the sun sets we need to wind down our activity and rest. In the winter we need to allow ourselves time to rest so during the summer months we can move into more active roles. Without this balance we create a recovery debt which produces health disasters.

Research from the World Health Organization (Cancer Research), The Journal on Pineal Research, and The American Family Physician have noted increases in cancers, poor circulation and heart disease. If that is not scary enough then consider cluster headaches, more colds and flus, increased stress, loss of concentration, and poor sexual performance.

When traveling to different time zones and during the twice-yearly time change, our rhythms are required to shift immediately and sometimes it can take us weeks to recover. At our office we have Day and Night Vitals Homeopathy which support your Meridian System to speed your ability to adapt to these immediate changes. If you already feel sick, tired and like you don’t have enough time in the day, consider Day and Night Vitals as a way to transition into spring with maximized vitality.
